Before anything gets designed, we get your workflow right. We'll talk through how your practice actually runs day to day, and together we'll choose the EHR that fits how you work. If virtual care is a good fit for your practice, we'll map out that workflow too. We'll decide together who you want to attract, so the site speaks to the right clients, and I'll write the copy for your site around those decisions.
Design & Aesthetics
Once the strategy is set, we shape how the site looks and feels. We collaborate closely until the design feels unmistakably like you, and I bring in your real photos rather than stock images. Every layout choice is made with your clients and your practice in mind.
Build & Launch
With strategy and design locked in, I build the site properly. It's built clean and production ready, and tested across devices and browsers before launch. You'll also get two weeks of support afterward, so nothing is left on you.
